Session 1 (1 hour)

1. Download your Source and Apply Industry Knowledge Assessment Notice.
2. HSC Assessment Task Notice – Source and Apply Industry Knowledge.

• Sign -off that you have received both tasks.

1. From your email download your copy of the Source and Apply Industry Knowledge. Session 1 will conclude when section A of your workbook have been completed.  

• Save your workbook and email your document correctly labelled:

Session 2 (1 hour)

In this session, the organisation for Windsor On Stage which was commenced last term will be finalised. Evidence number 1 to 6 must be completed by the end of this session.

Class Activity   -    Finalise and distribute Call Sheet  

Class Activity   -    Update the Production Calendar on Vetentertainment website

Class Activity   -    Complete a draft of the Production Schedule

Group activity   -   Define Production Roles 

When you have completed the above activities append them to your assessment task notice

Session 3 (1 hour)

Class Activity:  Windsor On Stage Meeting

Meeting Agenda Items (Group 1): 

• Theme and design
• Lighting Proposal 

          (Link 1, Link 2, Link 3, Link 4, Link 5, Link 6, link 7, Link 8, Link 9, link 10) 

• Team organsiation
• Decisions
• Actions Completed
• Actions to complete for next week
• Future agenda items, etc

Every student must keep a record of the meeting.
