Before attending work placement complete and return the following:
1) Student Placement Record (emailed to you by your teacher).
2) Work placement Sign Out Sheet (if your work placement is during school hours).
3) Entertainment Workplace Journal (which must be taken to the workplace).
Without all documents students cannot attend work placement.
