The Task
Week 1 to 4
Part A – Pre Production (ongoing
assessment)
As a team you will meet to determine work requirements in relation to the event you are working on. You will need to provide written documentation of your process, meetings, discussions and hard/soft copies of all communications. As part of this your team will create a Risk Assessment for your technical focus area.
Each member of the team must maintain their own portfolio of evidence gathered from a variety of sources throughout the process. This will be submitted at the end of the task.
Part B – Performance Production. You will be required to meet with your team to discuss logistics of bump in/out, scheduling, the run sheet and other relevant paperwork related to your role within the production itself. All of the related documents are working documents (you will have to make notes on them as things change, etc.) and are to be collated and added to your portfolio as evidence of your work during the production itself.
